Next day the running boards were here and it was a struggle getting put on however for the value and condition I am happy.

But a very difficult delivery process because of the systems used by eBay concerning the payment of Vat . I was charged Vat at the point of sale ( for the first time ever for goods coming from China), but then when the goods arrived at their destination (Croatia) I was eventually charged Vat again plus import duty, and now have to claim the original Vat payment back from eBay because eBay didn't pass on the Vat to the Croatian authorities.
