      After using it a couple days, i noticed when i use the wide screen function and watch a simple REEL video on facebook the monitor would flicker i tried the cable and monitor it wasnt them, IT WAS the video/graphics card !! I messaged thm and NO replies so then i called them and HE himmed and hawedd that it had to be a cable or my monitor. refused to replace graphics card! i bought a graphics card and installed it and surprise surprise it works now? SHADY people I WILL NOT DEAL WITH AGAIN
