We also have to pay Royal Mail collection fees. You will note your item came wrapped in extra bubble wrap and I have to pay an employee to pack the items for me. These are not always visible on the stamp so I understand your frustration. Finally, note, my shop name is Makeup-Handbags-n-Purses and my eBay acct name is Think-and-grow-rich.
