I contacted the seller and within one day I received a return shipping label. And my refund came within 48 hours of the seller receiving my phone. I bought another from them. In two years I'll be back!

I was happy with the price for the phone, especially in good condition. I just wished that when the phone was shipped that it was protected more, like wrapped in bubble wrap. My most recent purchase (iPhone 15 Pro) resulted in me receiving a phone that was genuinely in excellent condition as advertised. In terms of appearance, it was absolutely flawless. Battery health was 86% upon receipt. Phone arrived within 2 days via a FedEx envelope but not packaed as well as it should have been (no bubble wrap and the box containing the phone was open and not fully secured). I highly recommend the Seller.
