There are a few small dents on the edges, but nothing major and completely reasonable for a refurbished phone. Everything works perfectly — Face ID, cameras, charging, and the battery seem solid so far. The Pacific Blue color looks great, exactly what I ordered. For the value, I think it’s definitely worth the price compared to buying brand new. My only minor complaint is that shipping took about 4 days, and I would have.

I'm glad they did cancel the order so I'm not giving a negative review but they did wait the full three days to respond to me. Again this is not a negative review because it's possible that it was a coincidence and not intentional. People need to always be double checking items before checking out and take screenshots!
