This particular scooter was meant to be in “excellent condition” as it was a display model, yet it has cosmetic marks all over and they hadn’t included the screws for the handle bar and there was an instant error message when turning it on. If this was refurbished, I’m a monkey’s uncle.

After first use a faulty bearing became obvious so for a refurbished item this was rather disappointing as I now have to take it straight to the repair shop across town. This is the same issue my previous brand new one had (which also was the same model).
