I do, however, take issue with the cosmetic condition as compared with the pictures that were provided. The images in the description do not accurately reflect the item delivered. As can be seen from the image I uploaded, there are scratches all along the side of the MacBook whereas there are none on the images contained in the description of the product. Shipping was super fast.

Unfortunately it didn’t arrive on time and came on 8/14. I wouldn’t have purchased if I had known it wouldn’t get here on the 13th. I contacted seller and they didn’t do anything to make it right and seemed ok that the product didn’t arrive when they said it would. They just seemed content that it arrived, nothing about it being late. Good product, poor shipping and sub par customer service
