None the less, this will be my last time buying from them

Different manufacturer & sleeves had adhesive flap. Ideal for posting CD/DVD/BR disc but not storage as required. When informed seller quickly apologised & offered generous partial refund if kept. Initially requested return/refund but eventually accepted sellers offer due to issues with returns process on my part. Good communication throughout.
