I have to mention that out of the box, it booted to an O/S error, stating it was unable to detect a boot device. I also noticed that there was a loose screw rattling around on the inside. I immediately shut it down, opened it up, removed the loose screw. When I started it back up, it booted normally. The kids is very happy with it. FWIW, there's a missing screw on the underside cover but the screw inside doesn't fit the hole. ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯

The bad news is that the laptop's battery has a depletion rate that renders the laptop all but unusable without being in close proximity to an active power cord. Any sort of extended portable use on-battery power is out of the question, which defeats the primary purpose and advantage of a laptop, and makes this laptop not a good friend as it should be.

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

Finally I went to the local FedEx office and picked up my box. Box was not abused. I checked the interior of the computer for loose components, but none found. I would buy again from this seller.
