I have never used chafing dishes before this time, so I can’t compare them in quality to anything else. Everything worked fine but I noticed that when I assembled the plastic handles to the metal lids with the short screws provided that obtaining a firm fit was not always easy and the gauge metal used does slightly deform during this assembly pricess. One of the handles was noticeably worse than the others

The top three perches are small and wobbly and a heavier cat can easily topple the whole tree if they jump on it with momentum. My male cat is tall and weighs 14 pounds and he won't go any higher than the middle "cave." The bottom "cave" is very small, made more for a kitten or small adult cat. The tree comes with a wall anchor, which is useful. It's an average tree overall but for the price, I'm fine with it.
