Package arrived damaged (torn envelope) so USPS put it in a protective bag with an apology note. Contents were fine, but I might suggest you ship these in a box instead of a paper envelope, but I get it if that would bump shipping cost significantly.

I contacted the seller and asked to cancel the order. A shipping tracking # had already been issued but the item hadn’t actually shipped. The seller went ahead and cancelled my order and absorbed a non refundable shipping charge at his expense. I offered to pay the expense but he absorbed it. He refunded my full amount.
