I connected it today and the network interface to allow using the software doesn't work. The unit is shown in the config software but won't connect. I installed the unit to replace an ATEM HDMI unit. I have three other switchers by BM and they all work the same. I've checked IP issues and none show up. The switcher works but I need to be able to use the software interface.
