Sent the wrong item, then proceeded to "school" me (also being a seller) in how returns work and said that "It's such a lengthy process for returns." Well, it wouldn't be if you'd sent the correct item in the first place. Wonderful/what a joy...got a refund/found elsewhere/didn't have to deal further with this condescending nonsense. Enjoy this positive...because you honestly deserved far less.
