The other one is the cover around one of the speakers . Yes the item was used and i understand that it might have some color fade around. But the seller did not mention these two important issues. Knowing that i had communicated with the seller before, and he was helpful for shipping update. I'm sorry about this as I personally did not see those scratches/dents until you have mentioned them, as it was very possible that I had overlooked them. Also, the issue with the case, I can confirm it looked exactly like it did in the pictures pre-packaging, so it was possible that it may have occurred during packaging, hence the no communication with the case.
