Seller did not disclose that I was required to contact customs and manage the import. I tried (no choice) but never received a word from customs. I was charged $88 for shipping to add to the insult! Communication was appalling and difficult to understand with broken English. Months of stress and frustration. Appalling communicating and did not disclose that goods require sigificant intervention by me with customs. Months of stress and minimal poor English communication. Item never arrived and was turned back by customs despite me trying to get it. Reason unknown. It was ordered with a guitar that just got lost after four months. No explanation. There are plenty of reputable sellers elsewhere avoid this one. An appalling, stressful and frustrating experience.
