As my life does not revolve around Fedex and deliveries, I had a hospital appointment arraged for that time. I tried to change the delivery day via the ' tracking' link but it did not recognise my email address. Luckily as I was leaving for hospital the Fedex guy arrived so all sorted. I received no apology or communication from this seller, hence the neutral feedback.

The high storage and RAM are legit, but just like most other cheap computers on this site, the CPU is completely awful by comparison and can't keep up, making the extra power pretty useless. I paid £500 for this laptop, and its infinitely worse than all other laptops I've had, or could have bought. 1/5 stars.
