  Very poor communication. Item was not received as described. I reached out with no response. Went through eBay for a return label and now I’m only being refunded $14 of the $20. Once again reached out and still have yet to get a response. Very frustrating when if the item was described accurately I wouldn’t have purchased in the first place and wouldn’t have wasted time or money with this item. And it was shipped to me in a folded up trash bag. Not a good experience.

  I t took forever to get this strap! The seller had a family emergency which impacter my ability to serve my own customer. Once I got the strap, it appeared not to be a Coach strap as described. By then, it was important for me to have a star for my client's bag, is I chose to keep it. fortunately, the strap is in good condition and goes well with the bag.
