  I had to remind the seller to ship the item after several days passed with no shipping update. Despite that, the item never arrived (and likely was never shipped). We eventually had to open a case with eBay for a refund, over a month after payment and more than a week past the stated delivery date. The entire process was a waste of time and effort, forcing us to find the product elsewhere. Some sellers fail to understand that issuing a refund doesn’t erase their responsibility.

  hi sir I ship the item on time and it missing on the way to u , I updated tracking as well , unfortunately tracking was stop by during transit to your destination .so I'm not able to track the item .. I'm sorry for the nconvenience that u face . but i refunded your 100% full amount of your money and my apologise. but u still leave me bad feedback its ok . thank you

  Poor communication, very poor packaging and shipping, absolutely no attention to detail or courtesy to customer. The product came quite dirty, packed loose, wobbly. And last but most importantly, item arrived non-functional after close to $450 of price. Never buy from this seller if you value your money

  hi sir im sorry for the inconvenience before i ship the item i checked the item and it works 100% well . but after you receive the item you mentioned that item is not working .i ask you to keep the item and you got your full refund as well . its not fair you leaving a feedback like this after you get the full refund . once again sorry for the inconvenience
