Terrible customer service. Even though I asked if the part they were offering was compatible with What I needed and worst thing was, they told me that yes it was , when it arrived it was false and it was not compatible . the wors thing of all is that they altered the communication that I had with them in their favor and even though I spoke with EBAY and the first person I spoke with gave me the reason that it said it was compatible, I did not geet any solution.

But unfortunately, you still purchased the hinge cable for EOS R. After you found out the mistake, you opened a return case and we agreed to your return request and promised to give you a full refund once the return package arrived.
