  I was attracted to the boots because of the color shown in the listing, Seller description was "blue", which they are, however the actual color is a deep, almost black, blue. I will keep the boots because I like the fit and style however seller needs to be more careful in listing descriptions reflecting true color, in this case the photo shows a medium blue, way lighter than the dark navy blue, actual color. A++++

  Contacted seller a month prior to purchase and not responsive - said it was the result of having a procedure done. When I purchased the item she forgot to send my package, I had to ask where my pack was at. Again used the excuse she had a procedure done. Asked for refund and instead she send my order the next day.

  Disappointed to receive my first negative after years of 100% positive feedback. Buyer asked questions months before purchasing over a holiday weekend. I had a medical procedure but still shipped within eBay’s timeframe. The cancel request came after the item left my care to be mailed. No return was ever requested, so I assumed all was well. I value every buyer & always strive to provide honest, thoughtful service. I've learned from this & will have my store shut down in the event of emergencies
