  The toaster arrived broken with the right plastic handle broken off. The toaster should have been more securely packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a box. Instead it was simply placed in a bubble wrap bag, and then in a plastic shipping bag. It is not repairable as it is a vintage European toaster, and I live in the United States. Since the seller does not give refunds, I have no easy way to recoup my rather expensive loss.
