    The product was of a far lower quality than the photos suggested. I'm so disappointed with this, even with the 50% refund I received. I hate it and feel I was conned by this company.

    I'm really happy with the rug however I'm not happy about having to pay almost a half of the cost on top in import tax. If I had realised there would be this additional tax I would not have ordered as this made a reasonable cost for the rug, in my view, overpriced.
