    I had just returned another Win11 machine from a different seller because it wouldn't sleep. This one fired up right out of the gate and works like a champ. I did telephone support once and the call was answered promptly by a real PERSON and my issue resolved while on the call. Machine looks like a new one to me and was $30 cheaper than the one I returned so this was a great experience.

    It's hard to rate the product since I haven't received it yet. I don't blame the seller but I do blame FedEx. The seller is located about 6 hours from my location and the shipment was said to be expected by August 20 according to FedEx. It didn't show up for two days following so I contacted FedEx and started a ticket. This was on Aug 22. On the 23rd the shipment was updated and the delivery is now scheduled for the 27th and the product appears to be in Sacramento CA. Not happy with them.
