  Ordered/paid for the Galaxy S10 5G 512GB phone. What was sent to me was a rooted (unable to update the phone's software) 256GB S10 5G phone. Didn't notice the low capacity until after I spent 12 hours transferring my data to the "new" phone. Let seller know the discrepancy between what I ordered/paid for and what was sent to me. Initially offered me $8 for their mistake. Eventually $35 was offered after many messages. Lower battery capacity than my original S10 5G that's 4yo. RIPPED OFF

  Seller promptly notified me item was out of stock and offered an alternate, I preferred what I ordered. Seller made arrangements to ship one immediately from China. Provided all tracking and item arrived when quoted and was as described. Very happy with purchase.

  Waited over 3 weeks and never received the order. The seller communication was horrible. Went days without getting a response and when they did reply it was horrible. Good thing ebay helped me out to get my fast refund.
