    The chairs look quite nice but one arrived with a broken part. I finally received a response from the company asking for more detail and then nothing. No further reply. Very disappointing. I am going to see if I can repair the chair with wood glue hopefully it will hold.

    ordered 2 of these units one worked fine the second unit makes loud and revving sound notified you about the problem, you said send a video as we did Nothing has been offered or done to remedy this broken unit, I want a full refund as I had to buy a second unit at Home Depot
