Laptop was shipped in a box that could fit 5 more, with no foam to prevent bouncing.
Surprisingly it works. Hope the 1 year warranty is legit.
Windows OS did not come with clean install. Came preloaded and preupdated.
Who knows what could be installed. Needs a OS Wipe but no software included..

We ship these laptops in 12"x6"x9" boxes, with multiple layers of thick bubble wrap. This packaging helps to ensure that the laptop works when it arrives. I'm not sure about your Windows/OS concern. All systems leave with a clean install of Windows, INCLUDING DRIVERS & UPDATES. Again, this is to make sure that you have no OS issues when you power the system on. The box I received had a sheet in it saying to email the company if there are any problems. I emailed them and have had no response in almost three weeks. The camera would not turn on, Even after a full charge on the battery. Long story short, I ordered a new battery and it worked but it's absolutely ridiculous to have to pay for a battery when it supposed to come with a working one. In summary, buy from them if you want subpar equipment with non-existent customer service.
