  This remote did not work whatsoever.....it could not work, as one of the battery contacts is completely missing. It was advertised as tested, which is impossible since it obviously needs both battery contacts. We have the exact remote but the volume quit working, so we even double checked our (new) batteries in ours & it worked. We're aware of the no return policy but still could not ignore being ripped off.

  sorry to hear you are having problems with your purchase. I wasn't aware off any battery contacts missing"shown in pictures" this remote was tested before it was shipped and worked. I understand items at times arrive and are damaged through delivery. eBay and I have a good partnership and make sure that if an item isn't as described then we will accept a return. I have sent multiples messages to you to help resolve this issue. thank you!
