  The listing stated that 2 Neff fridge freezers were for sale. I received 1 Neff and 1 Sharp fridge freezer. When I approached the seller about the inaccuracy of the listing the gaslighting commenced with an admonishment for not noticing sooner. I was told that I’d got a good bargain & implied that I should be grateful. I was told to return them at my own expense even though they were at fault. Only when I admonished him for the bad attitude I begrudgingly received an apology & partial refund

  We did state that it was our listing mistake, however we do feel that the buyer has taken full advantage of the situation. The photos were clearly shown and the onus was also on the buyer to check before buying both on the listing and when collecting in person. We gave a goodwill gesture partial refund. The fridge freezers were not that old and the pair cost over £1400 and the buyer got them for just £180. We advised the buyer that if they were not happy they could return it but obviously didn't
