  I had a completely black screen on my 2018 Expedition and USB ports were not working. I tried a soft reset, pulling fuses, and disconnecting the battery with no success. After some research, I found that this was likely the piece that I needed to fix the issue. This product arrived in 3 weeks from the order date (2 days before the original estimate). It took me about 40 minutes to swap out the old part with very little mechanical knowledge and a video. It works like new. I'm very happy with it.
