  Item arrived safely, but the Iron Man tin was filthy. Grime could be scraped off with a nail, and handling it made my hands feel disgusting. It only takes seconds to wipe something down before shipping, yet this was sent in unacceptable condition. Listing photos didn’t reflect how bad it really was. The packaging showed care, so the seller clearly saw the dirt but chose not to clean it. Very disappointing.

  that is unfortunate, everything that is shipped by us is cleaned and tested, it is possible it accumulated some dust sitting on the shelf that was overlooked, we apologized and offered a free return, after receiving 2 VERY long messages from the buyer chastising us, on a side note, out of 50 feedback left by this buyer, 17 of them are either negative, neutral, or false positive,, that says a lot..
