  Great product , the value was good. The condition was exactly as the seller described. The appearance was ok. The box was smashed in a little due to shipping but that did not affect the quality or appearance of the item. This is a good company to purchase from.

  Due to the often incompetent nature of the USPS, this package was "mis-shipped" (their word) and took the long route or routes to get to Bedford, Pa but it finally arrived today in a sad rumbled box. I am so happy that the seller wrapped that box with an adequate amount of tape to hold it together! I am very happy to finally receive it since I needed the contents to anchor deer fencing around my plants and keep the pesky deer away! Thank you, seller! You are A+++++

  The quality of the product is there and is a direct replacement for OEM. This item arrived well-packaged in individual bags, for shipping. The value of having factory-like parts is important. They are brand new. *(Note: 3rd time’s a charm. I had 2 previous purchases of the same item, that ended up being faulty, after installation. The company continued to stay in contact with me, to assist in figuring out the problem and issuing a refund for both items).
