Print-head came sealed in protective package, but it did not work upon installation. I do not blame seller. Product defect is manufacturer/refurbisher issue. Seller tried his best to provide a print-head from manufacturer who has high percentage of failures for this model (I tried several vendors). Seller quickly refunded as stated in listing. I am willing to buy from seller again.
