  Excellent service from seller from the start, confirming my responsibilities as purchaser & importer. Delivery was an issue but that's was on my end and due to work pressures. The tablet itself was perfectly packed for long distance, included a travel plug too (Thanks!). Light, powerful and stylish. Set up was good but CHN ROM challenging at times. Graphics, sound, charging better than expected. Case fabulous. Worth the expense & tax.

  Great experience with this seller! Importing to USA is really confusing right now and this seller was very upfront and communicated all the important stuff, explaining what I should expect. Very prompt and professional. The y700 gen 4 is a great tablet too. Very happy with the whole deal and will keep this seller at the top of my list for future purchases from the Asian market.
