  *Defective Product* I purchased this item for almost $6,000, and it arrived defective. The power adapter is incompatible, and the Hart (passive) communication port doesn't work. Despite the seller offering to send a replacement charger and communication port, *they have not sent EITHER part so far*. The product looks fine on the outside, but it's completely unusable. I am *very dissatisfied* with the product and the seller's complete *lack of a solution*.

  Item was delivered almost 60 days ago, and apparently no issues until now? Even so, I was trying to work out a solution with the buyer considering it's way past the 30 day return period. Offered a replacement charger and module as buyer has stated. And they decide to leave us negative feedback 2 days later.
