    please contact me first the carrier mislaid the parcel, when it eventually arrived it was damaged an unusuable. what are you going to do about collecting the damaged unit. i will send it o you and pay the postage to try and get the problem resolved but i deserve a credit for the unit that has a broken on off switch

You have started a ebay return but I did noticed the photo provided is from my original listing and not the actual item showing the damage or damage box.Royal Mail tracking YA070671847GB shows the parcel was delivered directly on the 01/09/25. If there were delivery issues, please report them to Royal Mail.Please continue the return through eBay. Once I receive and inspect the item, and confirm the serial number, as prevoisly stated a refund will be issue asap. Thanks
