    Delivered as advised, although packaging was open due to insufficient tape adhesion. That said an excellent replacement seat cushion which fitted well and is of superior quality foam.

    Nice item fits perfectly but postage time and cost is poor.

    So you purchased the item whilst we were away on vacation on the 6th September, we returned on the 14th, posted the item on the 16th and it arrived with you on the 18th. And the postage costs are set by Royal Mail, clearly stated in the item details. I'm not sure what some people expect from us, Miracles, maybe. Clearly he will not be buying anything else from us :)
