Well, I still consider what we have a "Family Store," even though my beautiful wife and partner in crime passed away unexpectedly back in February this year. Losing her is something that I will have to continue to process every day for the rest of my life, she was my rock, soulmate, and the foundation to everything we ever created together. We made a deal if I was going to be allowed to sell trading cards, she could sell arts & crafts and pretty much whatever else she wanted. I of course thought that was brilliant and I was all in. So, in her memory I would without question continue with the things we stayed up late talking about and what all needed to be done to accomplish all the goals we set to have a stress free happy second half of our lives. I will not sit here and write "this is what she would want me to do" and so on and so forth, because my wife would DEMAND that I continue and push even harder now that I'm alone.

    Quality and condition of charms are very good. My son is very happy! I did think you got all charms in the picture until I read the description which wasn’t until after I received them so kind of my fault but do wish the title said pack of 8 or something along those lines, or like assorted 8 pack charms.

    I'm sorry about the confusion, I went to change listing title, but parts of the listing Ebay wouldn't let me edit I think because it was part of a sale. It says how many come in an order in the description, but I agree it needs to also say in the title. We are happy that you were pleased with the quality and that your son also approved!!

    I am so very sorry that we missed this at shipment, unfortunately things get missed or even happen in transit at times that are unavoidable. I have absolutely no problem working with customers to help assure they have the best possible experience while shopping with us, and terribly sorry I wasn't given that option in this situation, and even more so disappointed that you didn't receive the card in the condition you were expecting.
