I really needed this item for my daughters percussion practice. The seller not only listed an item incorrectly as “last one” but also failed to reach out to acknowledge a 3 week waiting period. I had to reach out to find this out. When confronted about the lack of a tracking number they simply said it was back ordered. They STILL had it listed as “last one”.

I've never written a review, but this is upsetting! I bought "FJH Music SB303VN New Directions for Strings Violin Book 1". It was approaching 5 days without being shipped, so I asked the seller why, and then the seller cancelled. Cancellation reason: "Out of stock or damaged". They had to wait 5 days to tell me?! But the most problematic, unethical part is that they continued to advertise the same book as "7 available 14 sold"! Either "7 available" is B.S. or "Out of stock or damaged" is B.S.
