I purchased a product on 30 July. On 31 July, the seller added a tracking number, but they did apparently not dispatch the parcel, because the shipment status has been unchanged ('Tracking number provided' and 'Parcel unknown') ever since. On 14 August, I messaged the seller, without receiving a response. As on 24 August, when this feedback is submitted, I have not received the product concerned.
