Be careful with this seller regarding refunds on returned items. Out of a total order of $485, they deducted $150, claiming the item was not returned in its original condition. Other than opening the box and removing the wrap around the laptop, everything was returned exactly as received. Unfortunately, I missed the window to escalate the issue to the eBay Resolution Center, so I can’t take any further action on this.

hmm I don't think We live in the same planet. I am going make it short for you. for you removing "wrap" and sending it filthy was "returned as exactly as received" then you have issues. We are not Costco my friend. We also have our policies! I am now building a new tower with the $150 :)
