I spent almost 30 days from the time the radio was delivered until the refund was finally completed, trying to convince the seller that the radio was bad. I told the seller I could swap batteries with a known-good radio, and the new radio still would not power on. No lights, no audio, nothing, dead... Eventually they asked me to film a video of me putting the battery on the radio. Ridiculous but finally refunded
