  I ordered a watch from the seller and recieved a completely different item. The item was not as described in the listing! I immediately contacted the seller for a refund but they were reluctant to send the return label. I ended up having to get eBay to step in several times during this transaction. I did not have pleasurable experience.

  The Chill Case is pretty nice, although I think ASUS oversold the cooling capacity of it. The HODA Glass on the other hand unfortunately does not actually fit the entire screen of the Rog phone 9 Pro by a few mm to all 4 sides. I've never put a screen protector on my phones prior to this so I'm not sure if thats how its intended. Either issue is not the sellers fault, but the manufacturers.   Setup was easy transferred everything from the ZEN 10. Love it!
