Excellent customer service! I was missing the pattern instructions. She was able to find them and sent me photos so I could keep my project moving. She dropped the physical instructions in the mail the same day. Couldn’t ask for better communication and service!

I got 4 patterns from this shop and they are all in great condition (considering they are vintage patterns) the ones that needed extra care were placed in a plastic bag and shipping was faster than I expected. I recommend this shop, thank you!!
