When returning goods, please state your full name and address and the Returns Merchant Authorisation number (RMA) you have been issued with to identify your order. Any order returned to us without this information will be refused. You have until the expiry of SEVEN WORKING DAYS (i.e. excluding Saturday, Sunday, bank holidays and public holidays), starting with the day after the products are delivered, to exercise this right. If you exercise your right to cancel, any money you have paid for your order will be refunded not including your expense of returning the products and the cost of postage originally paid.
 
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must also take good care of the products until you return them and ship the product to us. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. All returns must be well packaged to protect items from damage in transit. Any damage that occurs in transit to Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd will be deemed to be the responsibility of the customer and any costs arising from this will be charged to the customer's account. All returns should be sent using an insured postal service. We do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery.
 
Any stock order placed that has been correctly supplied by Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, subject to a restocking fee of 20%. In this instance the cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer.
 
Non-stock or Special orders (i.e. FMIC or Exhausts or those that are have been ordered specifically for you and cannot be resold) cannot be cancelled.
 
Stock orders can be cancelled prior to despatch without penalty unless payment via Credit/Debit Card where a charge to cover card charges will be levied, this should be 5 pounds sterling or less.
 
All unfinished products (i.e. GRP products and Bodykits) do not carry the same warranty and guarantee as they are classed as an ?unfinished? product and supplied in a form to allow the customer or nominated third party to paint or coat to the desired finish.
 
Please note that Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a product in the event of an unexpected price increase made by a supplier.
 
Inspection/Return procedures
 
Customer shall inspect the products within 30 days of receipt, such period being confirmed by Customer to be a reasonable period to examine the products for defects or shortfalls, and notify Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd promptly of any non-conformance. Failure to notify Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd within that 30-day period will constitute acceptance of the products for all purposes. No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd Customers are responsible for returning products to Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd at their own risk and expense. Prior to returning product(s) to Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd the Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorisation ("RMA") number from Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd by e-mailing info@dynodazeperformanceparts.com or calling +44 (0)2476 341288 Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd shall not be responsible for failure of the delivery service to make on-time delivery. Customer must ship the product(s) to Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd in the original packaging, prepaid and insured, with the RMA number clearly identified on the packaging. Any product(s) returned to Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd shall become the property of Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd If Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, Dynodaze Performance Parts Ltd reserves the right to charge Customer for the product(s).
