By bidding/buying our items you are accepting our Terms and Conditions as set out below.
All descriptions are given honestly any known defects will be mentioned in the item description and the item will be sold at a reduced price.
PAYMENTS
We ask that checkout be completed within 3 days of auction end please. We only accept Paypal.
Please report to us any delays in sending payment as any item not paid for after 7 days will be referred to eBay.
We will combine postage for purchasing more than one item.
DISPATCH
All items are despatched within 24-48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. The only exceptions to this are Bank Holidays or Weekends. Your item should be received within a reasonable timescale, usually 1-2 days after posting, although this is not guaranteed. Any delays are due to Royal Mail's service and not any failure on our part.
If your item is urgent, for a guaranteed delivery service Next Day Delivery is available, please ask for costs.
ITEMS LOST IN THE POST
Rarely an item may get "lost in the post". We always post out within 24-48 hours of receipt of cleared payment and an email notification is sent to let you know the item is on its way. In the rare event that your item has not arrived within 15 business days then please let us know. Any loss is due to Royal Mail and not failure on our part. We will have to ask you to sign a declaration form as proof of non-delivery before we can process a refund and make a claim from Royal Mail.
RETURNS INFORMATION Items sold via our Buy It Now auctions are covered by our Returns Policy. We are happy to accept returns providing the details below are adhered to. When you receive your item please check it carefully, any faults must be reported within 2-3 days of receipt. Your return must be agreed within 2/3 days of receipt. Contact us for a Returns Form and a Returns Number which needs to be enclosed in your parcel so as to process your refunds swiftly. Returns must be received by us within 7 days of your receipt. The cost to return is at the expense of the buyer and is not refundable. The postage and packaging charges on your original order are also non-refundable as this is part of our service to you has been completed. Your return is subject to the goods being returned in the same condition in which they were dispatched. Any items received back not in a resaleable condition will not be accepted for a refund and returned to you at your expense. We reserve the right to make any deductions from refunds in respect of damaged items received where the buyer has not taken due care of the item whilst in their possession. Parcels should be re-packaged carefully to ensure no damage occurs in transit. Any damages occurred during transit are the responsibility of the sender, these items will be returned to the sender in order to claim compensation from Royal Mail. When returning goods, we recommend that you send goods back by recorded delivery for your own security as we unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for goods that get lost in the post or, are otherwise not received to our returns address. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type and within 14 days. Although all items will be inspected before dispatch and noted on your invoice that they have been checked for any flaws, marks or common faults.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel any order purchased online within 7 days from the day after delivery. Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 days of the day you receive the goods. Subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were dispatched, a refund will be organised. Although postage costs are refundable, if express delivery has been selected as the option for delivery this additional charge is not refundable, only standard delivery charges apply. Please note that the cost of returning the item to us will not be refunded.
FEEDBACK
We will leave feedback upon receipt of positive feedback Please do not use the feedback system to contact us. If you have any problems after you receive your goods please contact us using the eBay messaging system before leaving feedback. Once feedback has been left then the transaction is completed. No further assistance will be given to a buyer who leaves neutral or negative feedback without giving us the opportunity to rectify any problems.
