Any item listed under the heading ‘For parts or not working’, do not work. Do not expect them to work, do not think you can say magic words to make them start working. They are sold as faulty. I do not want to have to spend time dealing with returns on any of these items. If you order an item under this category then raise a return I will assume you committing fraud. You will be blocked and feedback will be left accordingly.

Royal Mail - All items are posted second class unless otherwise stated other postage options are available. We advise you to use the Royal Mail tracked delivery service; any items shipped on our free postage service are not covered if they go missing in the post, royal mail can make us wait up till 14 days before we can request a claim, please be aware of this for all free postage items. This time limit is 21 days for international orders. All items will be sent security marked to avoid fraudulent returns.
If you live in Portugal, Italy, Spain, USA, Canada or Greece please be aware that deliveries can take significantly longer than E-bay estimates.

Return Policy
There is a no quibble 30 day return policy on all items sold as ‘used’ or ‘new’.
If you have any problems with your item(s) please contact us ASAP and we will try to resolve your problem or offer free help and advice if we can. PLEASE DO THIS BEFORE RAISING A CASE!!
Our original postage and packaging costs will be deducted from any wrongly purchase/ returned items or items found not to be faulty. We do not supply replacement parts. Buyer is responsible for return postage charges.
