Our warranty is for manufacture defect only. We use inbound and outbound quality control measures to ensure that our customers receive fully working/tested items to the best of our knowledge. We only warrant use with the supplied mains charger for your device or one bearing the correct CE marking. We do not cover for accidental damage in any way or form; caused by the user or any other 3rd party.
 
If any item(s) returned to us that are unwanted, or not suitable shall be refunded in full, however the buyer must pay the returns postage in all instances. If the item or items received are returned as sold, in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Proof of Posting or a suitable tracked method of posting must be used and if items are lost by the couriers, it is the customers responsibility to claim this loss back.
 
On all shipped orders we maintain high levels of account and address monitoring as well as using tracked mail services, delivery scanned such as Royal Mail 2D Parcels, Tracked, Tracked & Signed, UPS Standard, Hermes and Parcelforce.
 
Please make sure the Ship-To address you type during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. We will only refund customers for item(s) that are deemed lost by Royal Mail on or after the 15th Day from date of posting. Any demands for refunds before this time, unless agreed by us under exceptional circumstances will be rejected.
