GENERAL NOTE: We're a small Enterprise with workrooms not a big business. We don't have lots of staff and time is too limited to be able to handle many returns, therefore we put in lots and lots of photos, sizes & details to enable a 'Clear Purchase Decision'. It is Buyer's Responsibility to 'Fully Read The Listings' as all Notes and all Sizings are there, or email us if unsure and please ask your questions PRIOR to purchasing.
 
LACES: Customs cuts lengths are Definately NOT refundable/returnable. As with Paint Charts, there are hundreds of different whites and ivories, golds etc - I cannot guarantee they will match each other (applies to apppliques also) or items purchased elsewhere as there are so many variables and Ebay/photos are not an exact science - also your monitor settings and perceptions may not match mine. I cannot cut a luxury lace into small lengths only to be told it is 2 shades lighter/darker than a dress. If you need further info please mail me or if unsure please do not make a purchase
 
Faulty Returns: On the rare occasion of a fault, please contact us within a Maximum of 7 days after receipt. Item to be returned by 1st class, trackable, Recorded Delivery, in original, as received, packaging. We will either replace or refund in full. We will also cover the cost of Return postage.
 
Other Returns: No returns/refunds on seller's personal items, or POSTAGE as it is used. For the Occasional Pre-negotiated return of an item for whatever reason: Application must be made (In writing) within an absolute Maximum 7 day period of receipt and returned to us within a further 7 day Maximum Period, So that the 14 day cooling off period is not exceeded. Item Returned please by a Trackable and Insured (to cover damage or loss) Method - Cost of return postage to be met bu Buyer and WILL NOT be refunded. Item to be returned in original, as received, packaging. A partial refund may result if there is further damage due to lack of sufficient return packaging. We do our utmost to give an accurate and honest description but our opinions are subjective. Please contact us with queries PRIOR TO PURCHASING.

Combination Postages: can only be offered for purchases on the Same Day. Combination cannot be applied after separate payments are made or from week to week. No exceptions.
UK Redelivery: If a parcel is returned to us as uncollected postage must be repaid before we can resend the parcel.

Tiny gems are measured out by weight rather than count so may have a few more or a few less and human error is always a possibility although we endeavour to get the count 'spot on' Please contact us any problems...
Very Vintage items should reasonably be expected to show signs of the decades of years of storage commensurate with age - although all our items never having been used are fresh out of the vintage packets from a long since finished jewellery manufacturer's storage vaults ~ occasionally this may mean the back gilding shows signs of age or be less than perfect ~ we will note major defect ~ but mostly they're at a good percentage ~ please study photos
