Terms of Sale
The contract between Into Bikes Limited and you (The buyer) will be binding at point of payment in full for the goods and shipping/handling charge.
All buyers must have up to date address and contact number, this will allow us to deal with problems and resolve any issues, negative feedback received where we are unable to contact the buyer due to incorrect or incomplete information will be removed.
We endeavour to send all items out within 1 (One) working days of the payment for goods being received in full including any shipping handling charge.
Items are ALWAYS dispatched either with proof of postage (low valuable items) Royal Mail Recorded (items under 2KG) or via recorded courier service (items over 2kg)
We try to despatch all items to the buyer within 2 (Two) working days from the time of payment in full being received.
In some cases the item may be out of stock. In this situation a member of staff will contact you and inform you of any delay. If a refund is requested at this point by you (The buyer) it will be granted and refunded in full to include any delivery charges.
We will accept returns from you for items not required. All cancellations of an order must be made in writing (via email or by letter) with cancellation date no later than 14 days after the date of delivery of your item.
We do not accept cancellation of orders 14 days after date of delivery of goods.
Returns are your (The Buyer) responsibility and any costs incurred for returning are to be paid by you and are not reimbursable. We would advise that all items are returned in a traceable manner.

We will refund as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation being received.
We request that all items be returned in the same packaging as dispatched we understand this is sometimes not possible but if you could kindly put any original packaging in the return box.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
