1. All products are subject to availability at the time of order. Very rarely, the stock levels listed may differ slightly from our actual stock levels. As sometimes orders are changed by our other eBay customers or orders from other selling platforms sometimes effect our stock levels. This does not always get reflected in our eBay stock levels immediately. If you do order something which is out of stock, in this case we shall contact you with the option to wait for us to restock the product, take an alternative product or accept a refund.

3. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our own discretion.
 
4. Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract and agreeing to these terms & conditions. So do not order from us unless you intend to complete the purchase.
 
5. If you would like to cancel an order please contact us via eBay. If the item has not been dispatched, we will refund and cancel the order.
 
 
6. Product photos & Sizing
 
Please Note: It is impossible to 100% accurately portray colours of fabric in pictures. Factors such as your monitor settings or a particular lighting used when taking marketing photographs can affect shading. Colours may also vary slightly from batch to batch; therefore, we cannot accept minor colour or shade differences as faults.

These are measured by hand, because of this and variations in the manufacturing process, these numbers may be slightly different than the product you receive within a reasonable margin of up to 2 inches either way than listed in the sizing guide.
 
We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your own measurements to the ones we have listed above before ordering any item from our store to ensure we have a size that will accommodate your needs.
 
Different manufacturers use different sizing measurements, so please do not always assume that the size you may have bought previously from one brand would always be consistent across all other brands.
 
Item measurements reflect the size of the item, NOT the size of the person wearing it. You should always allow for some extra room on top of your actual body measurements. This must be accounted for to allow for a comfortable fit.
 
These measurements are provided to assist you in buying the correct size you need, these are NOT in any way a direct recommendation from anybody at Dan Urban Wear and we will NOT take liability for you buying the wrong size unless your products sizing goes over our acceptable threshold of up to 2" Inches either way than stated in the products measurement guide. Unless there is an actual fault with the product or our description of course.
 
If you do buy the wrong size and want to exchange, you are welcome to do so. But you as the buyer will have to pay the return postage. As well as postage required to resend you the correct size via PayPal.
 
 
Payment Policy
 
1. We accept payment by PayPal, which accepts Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Switch/Maestro and Solo.
 
 
Delivery Policy
 
1. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days (not including Saturday and Sunday and public holidays) after full payment is received. You should receive item within 2-5 working days.
 
2. We only ship to the address entered on checkout. So please make sure this is correct as you are liable for providing the correct information. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances, unless you pay extra for tracked & signed postage to your nominated address.
 
3. Although we dispatch orders as fast as possible, we cannot guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Royal Mail or the delivery company used.
 
4. Please allow a minimum of 10 working days after your purchase date if your order has not arrived. Please contact us before opening a not received item case.
 
5. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have received the wrong product, colour or size.
 
6. Please note; If you have not opted out of the Royal Mail “Delivery to Neighbour Scheme” by contacting the Royal Mail then a delivery to your neighbour will be classed as a delivery to your agreed representative.
 
7. We reserve the right to change our postage services and service providers within reason without notice depending on the product being sold. We will however never downgrade an express postage method to an economy service for example. This is because the postage methods available can change depending on the shape/size of the parcel or where it is going to.
 
8. Please note that the buyer will be liable for any additional sales taxes and import duties such as customs and exiles which may be applied to your delivery.
 
9. Items such as underwear may not be returned once opened due to hygiene issues. Unless the product is faulty.
 
10. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday & over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (Except Bank Holidays)

1. We offer a no quibble’s 30-day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their own expense and a partial refund will be offered subtracting the postage cost we initially paid to dispatch it to you.
 
2. For items which are faulty, damaged or incorrect upon receipt, please contact us as soon as you can, we will do our best to solve your problem. We may ask that you take a picture of your item to demonstrate the problem you have with it and/or ask you to send it to us for us to inspect. Upon confirmation of your item being deemed faulty or incorrect, you may be offered a replacement item or a full or partial refund.
 
3. All items returned to us should be returned in their original packaging and with any labels and tags intact and attached. You must include your order number, Your name, Your eBay username and your contact information in your returned parcel. Or at the very least your eBay returns packing slip. Otherwise, we may not guarantee to be able process a return or exchange in a timely manner or at all.
 
4. Please be aware that when posting products back to us we always recommend you do so via a tracked service to reduce the risk of loss or postage delays. You can choose to use another service but do remember that you are liable for the product and its condition from the moment you receive it and until we get it back and examine it.
 
5. The product may be tried on but must not have been used or show any sign of wear and should be in a sellable condition.
 
6. All orders returned to us will be returned at the buyer’s expense, unless agreed by us in advance.
 
7. For exchanging orders; please note that you will be responsible for the return postage costs and will have to pay for the replacement products postage cost via PayPal before we will dispatch the new product.
 
8. When returning an order for a remorseful reason for a refund. Expect to be offered a partial refund of the price you paid for the product minus the cost we spent to post the order to you. We like offering our customers free delivery and can only continue to do so if buyers are willing to accept that their mistakes can and do cost us time and money when full refunds are demanded on a regular basis because they didn’t read the size guide or listing description properly.
 
9. If you are waiting for a refund please wait at least 5 working days after we have received your item to inspect it and process any payments to you.
 
10. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm & over the weekend will Be dispatched on Monday (Except Bank Holidays).
